* **Card Issuance Fee:** USD $5 (one-time)
* **Monthly Maintenance Fee:** USD $3 (automatically deducted at the beginning of each month)
* **Top-up Fee:** 1.2% of the recharge amount
* **Transaction Service Fee:** USD $0.20 per transaction
A deposit of **USD $10** will be **frozen upon the first top-up** as a security reserve to prevent failed deductions for future monthly fees.

#### **2. Rewards System**
* **First Top-up:** Earn **200 points**
* **First Transaction:** Earn **400 points**
* **Subsequent Top-ups and Spending:** Earn points equivalent to the top-up or spending amount (1:1 ratio).

#### **3. KYC Verification**
To activate a PolyFlow Crypto Card, users must complete **KYC verification** and **pay the issuance fee** after a successful recharge.\
KYC verification is **not available** for users located in the following **restricted regions**:

#### **4. Payment & Integration**
* The PolyFlow Crypto Card can be **linked to Google Pay and Apple Pay**, allowing seamless crypto-to-fiat transactions both online and offline.
* Each payment is settled instantly at live market rates via PolyFlow’s payment gateway, **Pelago Connect**.

#### **5. Account & Balance Management**
* When the **combined frozen balance and available balance** falls below **USD $10**, the card will be **automatically frozen**.
* On the **1st day of each month**, the system deducts the previous month’s maintenance fee from valid cards.
* If the balance is **insufficient**, the system will attempt to deduct from the **frozen deposit** and temporarily **lock the card**.
* If deduction succeeds, users will receive an email notification confirming the monthly fee payment.
* If deduction fails, users will receive an email alert regarding the failure, and the card will remain locked.
* Once the card is recharged to meet the **minimum required balance**, it will **automatically unlock**.

#### **6. Card Deactivation**
If a user’s card remains **locked for two consecutive months** due to insufficient balance, the system will deduct the frozen deposit to cover outstanding fees and **permanently delete** the card.\
Currently, **manual card cancellation by the user is not supported**.
